New GUI

A new GUI is made!

I was looking forward at making a flexible and easy to use GUI. It seems that It was a success. The GUI is aseasy to use as C# WinForms. And every component, action and the skin can be changed.


This incredible GUI design is made by Denny Priyono.

Quake 3 Sources released !

Well finally , the Q3 Sources are released by id Software, under GPL license. However obtaining the sources is problematic due to high demand. Here are few mirrors:

QuakeCon 2005

The QuakeCon 2005 has ended.

The gamers from all around the world gathered, not only to get a share of big prize, but to talk and play with fellow players. I think this year QuakeCon was a success.

I am also proud that Estonian Enemy Territory team u96d managed to take the first place, my congratulations !.

Quake 2 tournament results were really predictable, the PURRI a very experienced and strong player took the first place , and 20 000 $ in cash. There were no one who could even match his skill :) . I probably only know 3-4 players who can play on the same level as PURRI, well anyways PURRI deserved it, as he is trained allot for this upcoming tournament and is still probably the best Quake 2 player in the world. My congratulations also.

Work on GUI

Well I generally got the idea how to implement GUI system in my game.

I am still working on it, but here are some very early shots, only a window , without buttons :)
